Photobucket

I hope you all know how much I appreciate you linking up at my parties each week.  I try to show my gratitude by doing a big feature post every Thursday.  This week it is coming a little early, since I know many of you will be busy traveling for Christmas.  So with out further ado, let's see those fantastic features:

We might not all have a fabulous old window to decorate, but I love the idea of using nostalgic holiday movie quotes in any frame.  Great Christmas Cheer Window Craft by A Creative Princess.

Christmas Card Photo Shoot, Christmas Sweater Craft, & Hair Reveal!

Photobucket

Well this is a fun What I Wore post.  This is the 4th year we have continued our tradition of sending photo Christmas cards to family and friends.  I will be sharing a digital card with all of you later this week.  I will also be sharing an easy no sew craft, for some cheesy keepsake family Christmas sweaters.  Plus, it's the big hair color reveal post.  Thank you all for your helpful advice.  You may have missed the post where I discussed my husbands desire for me to go burgundy, you can catch up here.

Fantastic Features and Some Pouting

Photobucket
Grab Button Here

Thank you everyone that linked up at last weeks linky party.  I had a hard time choosing my favorites (what's new).  I also have been having a hard time leaving comments on blogs that require you to sign in to google.  It's been going on for about 2 weeks now.  Is anyone else having issues?  Google will not let me stay signed in, and it redirects me 2, sometimes 3 times to enter my password, before it will let me leave a comment rrrrr...."Google why have you forsaken me"...... (in my most overly dramatic tone, cue lights, and drop down to my knees "why oh why Google" , end scene. LOL ok enough theatrics and me pouting, let's get on to the features.

Fantastic Features and Giving Thanks

Photobucket

This week I want to start by giving everyone that reads and participates at Bacon Time a huge
THANK YOU!  I have many things to be thankful for, my family, two healthy boys, a loving husband, good food, and a roof over our heads, (that hasn't always been the case).  Yes there were times we were broke, struggling, and down right in need of support from our families.  Through it all we remembered to be thankful for the things that really matter, family and friends. With that being said, and forgive your bacon Mama for getting sentimental, know that I am thankful to have the opportunity to share my passions in life with you, and even more thankful that you visit Bacon Time.  I wish you all a very safe and a HAPPY Thanksgiving.

Now onto some fantastic features from last weeks linky party.

Stubbornly Crafty shared this Turkey Pillow (applique) Tutorial. Such a cute Fall accessory.

Root Beer Chocolate Butter Cake and Giveaway Reminder

Chocolate and Christmas time, go hand in hand for me.  Inspired by Pinterest, we made some festive "Reinbeer", but instead of using beer, we used IBC Diet Root Beer. Then I got to thinking how root beer and chocolate would make a great combination.  Thus my Root Beer Chocolate Butter Cake was born.  This cake is so easy, you hardly need a recipe for it.

DIY Snowman Earrings

I am so excited to share all of my Winter crafts I have been working on.  I must admit, I have been a craft junkie recently.  I just love Christmas crafting.
Why don't we start with these snowman earrings. You don't need to wait for Christmas to wear these little guys.  It is already snowing here in Northern Cali. So why not wear a pair of snowman earrings.

Here is what you need for this easy project:
